Lynia will provide us with a general overview of conducting a workplace investigation from start to finish.
BIO: Lynia Vincent is an independent HR Consultant with over 25 years of diverse HR experience. Her passion is conducting workplace investigations. Lynia effectively helps clients work through many complex workplace issues. She has experience conducting investigations into allegations of harassment and workplace violence, code of conduct violations, bullying, poisoned work environments and other problematic workplace behaviour. Lynia holds the RPR (Registered Professional Recruiter) designation as well as the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Advanced Investigator. She is a member of the Association of Professional Recruiters of Canada (APRC), the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA) and Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators (CAWI).
